IN THE FIELD:
The field is truly my element. I have expert knowledge of production sound mixing for multiple camera shoots, field/location recording, wireless microphones and wireless frequency coordination, timecode/genlock sync, concealing microphones, boom operating, and specialty microphones.
I am equally comfortable operating in town, as well as, operating entirely off the grid. While I can clean up nice for the boardroom; I also have experience working on/around/with civilian aircraft, boats, cars, skis, snowshoes, firearms, hunting/fishing, wild life conservation, sterile environments, kitchens, heavy equipment, construction sites, premier real estate, amusement & water parks, rock/ice climbing, rafting, zippiness, horses, livestock, dog sledding, snow machines, quads, air boats, golf carts, protests/civil unrest, competitions, working internationally and more...
IN THE STUDIO:
I have an advanced knowledge of: sound mixing for post production, sound recording, sound editing, sound design, and MIDI composition using software such as; Pro Tools HD, iZotope RX, VocAllign, Ableton Live Suite, Sound Toys Plugins, Native Instruments Komplete, Waves, and many other software plugins and outboard signal processing equipment, microphones, and recorders. I also have experience implementing audio assets in Wwise, FMOD, Unreal Engine, Unity, and Lua.
IN GENERAL:
I also have experience with: still and video camera operation, lighting techniques, animation control systems, digital audio repeaters, and the Spanish language.
